Services

QX Media Tech LTD provides practical local visibility, AI-search-readiness, Google Business Profile, website/contact-path, review workflow, and customer follow-up consulting services. The first public offer is the Local Visibility Snapshot.

No guarantees

QX does not guarantee Google rankings, Google Maps position, AI mentions, leads, revenue, orders, reviews, traffic, or platform outcomes. Search engines, maps, AI systems, advertising platforms, and customers are controlled by third parties.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, public links, service details, and contact information.
• Do not provide false claims, fake reviews, fake credentials, or misleading business information.
• Review drafts, reports, and recommendations before using them publicly.
• Use official access-sharing workflows if platform access is needed.

Payment and start of work

Work begins only after payment and required business information are manually verified by QX. Current first-launch payment may be handled by invoice or Interac e-Transfer. Card payment can be added after the Stripe Payment Link is configured.

Scope changes

Work outside the agreed package, such as full website redesign, paid ads, ongoing implementation, complex CRM setup, or third-party subscription fees, requires separate agreement.

Third-party platforms

QX may recommend actions involving Google, Stripe, website platforms, review tools, CRM tools, hosting, or other services. Third-party platforms have their own rules, limitations, timelines, and fees.

Liability

QX provides practical recommendations and implementation support within the agreed scope. To the maximum extent allowed by law, QX is not liable for indirect losses, platform decisions, ranking changes, lost revenue, or business outcomes outside QX control.
