Three concrete takeaways, and a clear line between the free conversation and paid work.

In the consultation

  1. We understand your product and your target customers. What you sell, who buys it today, and who it could be for in China.
  2. We suggest one direction worth testing first. One place to start, rather than trying everything at once.
  3. We explain what information is missing and what a next step could be.So you know what to prepare, whether or not you work with QX.

The consultation is a conversation, not a free full marketing plan.

Common questions

I don't have my own brand or a company name. Can I still book?

Yes. You don't need your own brand or a registered company name to book the consultation. It helps if you can tell us what the product is, where it is made or sourced, and whether you have the right to sell it.

I don't have a team in China. Is that a problem?

Not for the consultation. QX works in Chinese on content and platform accounts such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat and Douyin. Which e-commerce platforms or channel partners make sense depends on the product and is discussed case by case. Questions about whether a product can be imported or sold in China are referred to appropriate professionals.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The 20-minute consultation is free and there is no obligation to buy anything. It is a focused conversation about your product, your goals and a practical next step, not a free full marketing plan.

How are fees for paid work decided?

If there is a sensible next step after the consultation, QX proposes a written scope that states the deliverables, timeline, acceptance criteria and fee. Fees depend on that scope, and nothing is charged until you accept it. QX does not guarantee sales results.
